You can send your application to Java Verified or Symbian Signed (for .sis files) to do the testing and/or signing. Nokia also offers a free signing service for .jad/.jar and .sis files (see http://www.developer.nokia.com/Distr..._signing.xhtml for details).

Note that you will need to obtain a publisher ID from TrustCenter in order to submit your application to these third party test houses. The price for a Publisher ID with 1 year validity is US$ 200.
