Access right for platformRequest

Hi everyone,
I have already searched on this topic. But I didn't get clues. So, I'm posting it here.

Is there any way to stop the API (platformRequest) to ask user for permission before call. If signing is required I can make the application signed. I am targeting S40 device.

So, how can I stop it asking every time before call?

The solution will be switch from j2me to Symbian if you are targeting S60 device.
