Watched half of the webinar and found a chat message claiming that there are no plans for In-App Purchases to be implemented for MeeGo Harmattan.

Is it really so? No in-app purchase to the Nokia's current bestselling smartphone that sells better than Lumias?

Yeah, it would be great to have in-app purchases in N9 as well. Would enable some more business. For me at least
