A week ago I flagged a user review on an app of mine as "abuse", providing details.

It's not a classic case of abuse but something more subtle, so it's possible this will require a conversation with the store administrators. I tried Developer Support first, but was told to report it as abuse.

Am I expected to hear back, and if so, what are the timeframes?

I've never got any replies from them. I guess those reports go directly in Trash basket... Sadly current Nokia Store is customer centered only

The Nokia Publish Support team has no bearing over the reviews boards; this is entirely in the hands of the store moderators. Unfortunately, multiple removal of a user's reviews (regardless of the severity of the violation) will lead to a permanent banning of their account. Due to this extreme penalty, they adheres strictly to the Nokia Store Terms and conditions and only checks reviews for spam, profanity, and unrelated content.

    Wow, that's rather extreme rules

How long do store moderators take to reply?

The resolution I was seeking was contacting the user to ask him to modify the comment. I don't think he meant harm, but the way it turned out it's harmful to the app.

If a review has been flagged, the moderators will investigate the claims. However, they generally do not respond to the reporter.

Sadly, reviews cannot be modified once they are created.

Thanks. Too bad on these policies, though.
