D211 and BBCCH

Orange (French GSM & GPRS service) told us about BBCCH norm:
they said that D211 is not yet agreed as compatible, so they don't sell it for GPRS access.

Nokia D211 will be available in the second quarter of 2002, so Nokia D211 is not available currently.
