Playing a sound during outgoing phone call

Hi,
On Harmattan, QMediaPlayer is automatically muted when there is an outgoing call.
I would like to know the reason(s) for this and if there is/are any workaround(s).
My goal is to dial a number an play a recorded message. This works well on Symbian.

Hi,
That's because of the policy framework. If the audio continues to play the user cannot hear anything.

I have checked this policy framework and I keep loosing the resource when I create an outgoing call.
