Error occured. Unable to complete operation. (006)

Hi

I develope web app for Nokia X3-02 and others S40 devices. Often I have the issue "Error occured. Unable to complete operation. (006)" during installing on device - doesn't matter by bt-luancher or short url.

I haver read that is problem with wi-fi - the browser on the phone doesn't want to work with wi-fi connection but I noticed it works ok with wi-fi - of course when it works at all.

What does mean "Error occured. Unable to complete operation. (006)" ?

Where I could find description of errors met on web apps browser ?


The same applicaton and others install on Nokia 6700c very well.

Hi Mel,

There is no such a list at the moment, but it would be a good idea to construct one with most common errors.
What I have seen 006 is a transient error and deploying the app again should help.

Yes, It is a good idea to collect all errors and describe them. It could save us developers plenty of time.
We could differ connection errors from bugs in code.
