    比如：诺基亚 2710c 的机型
    通过程序每分钟通过GPRS 向某个服务器上传输一条所在位置的 经度、纬度 信息

    2710c太老了， 新上市的C2系列支持Cell-ID。
    向服务器上传数据肯定是没有问题的，但是你能保证你的程序总在前台运行吗？

    技术上是可以，但是S40每次联网都要弹出提示的，即使签名恐怕也得用户设置才可以的，不过有些S40手机支持定位API的
