Hi taher786k : For getting the internal(in case you are looking for platform implementation code) source codes and API, I guess you can use the paid channel(service tickets) of this forum.

You can try registering on http://symbian.nokia.com, and if it does not succeed, you can get a one-year-old snapshot of the ex-open source Symbian^3 code from SourceForge, project 'symbiandump'.

Note, though, that Symbian OS repositories won't have any device manufacturer specific proprietary code (I'd assume that a hardware specific bootloader would fall into this category, as it wouldn't be part of the Symbian OS at all), and they're not likely to release it for anyone.

True, while there is some "\sf\os\kernelhwsrv\brdbootldr\ubootldr" in the code, it is probably not the complete boot code, just the Symbian part of it.
