Nokia N95 network gps position finding problem in J2ME?

Hi,

I am find network based gps in nokia n95. i am run that application its shows latitude and longitude values.

I am using loc=LocationProvider.getLocation(120);

but, now its not working ? why? its mobile problem or network problem?
