Where do I get an "Available on Nokia Store" logo?

Hello,

I have developped my app for Nokia Qt, Android and Apple App Store. I got a logo "Available in Android Market" and a logo "Available on the App Store" for my website but I can't seem to find an equivalent for Nokia Store.

But I have seen some apps banners with Nokia logo. Where should I look?
