I asked the question over in the Discussion for the example, but that forum doesn't look too active so I'll try here.

I'm having issues adding extra panorama items that are not an RSS feed, such as an about page or introduction. Is there something I'm missing to add an empty panel?

Into which view you are trying to add the about page?
I can write an example how to do it after you have specified into which view.

I was hoping to put an intro page at the beginning and an about page at the end, but I haven't had any luck.
