How to invoke Belle's drop-down menu?

Hi,

is there a way to invoke the drop down menu when the widget is running in fullscreen?
Previously it was possible to get this Battery,Connections,Clock-Combo-Menu, but I cannot find the "application" which is the drop down menu.

Is there any way?

Hi,

I asked around and that doesn't seem to be possible. If it is just for enabling data connection, the best bet is to instruct the user to turn "mobile data" from status pane.

No, it's for making an UI which is consistent to Belle. Since Nokia has gone the easy way and is not providing the API for multiple buttons in the toolbar for WebRuntime, I would have to fake it.
