    I have a Symbian^3's app compiled by QTSDK
    can I compile it to mango's version?
    My boss says he see there is a compiler can compile to mango's.

    And there probably won't be, unless Nokia and others convince Microsoft to allow installation of "native" components (runtimes, DLLs). (I'm hoping that Microsoft will open up things at least by/for Windows Phone 8, but I'm not holding my breath.)

    P.S. Ask your boss where, exactly, he saw such a thing and let us know, too.
