QtCreator crashing when switching to Designer

Every time I try to switch from Editor to Designer with an open QML file in QtCreator 2.4.0, QtCreator crashes. This happens with both my current project, and a new empty project. I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing the SDK. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, trying to create programs for Symbian Anna using Qt 4.7.4 and Qt Quick Components 1.1

Has anyone any ideas?

If I try with XP and windows 7 32 bit I don't see any problem to switch between them. I have same QtCreator as you have.
Does it help if you reboot your PC?

I've tried rebooting, and I've upgraded to the latest 1.2 SDK. The empty project worked, but not the project I'm working on.

Hi You could try to clean your project, delete all the folders/file generated by tool and then re load your project.

I've tried that. I've also tried generating a new project and moving my source code files over to that. No joy.

Never mind. I'll just have to program old-skool for now.
