How to add a library to Harmattan "repository"?

I am developing for N9 an application which needs CLucene library (http://sourceforge.net/projects/clucene/). I can't find CLucene library from Harmattan repository. Is there same kind of "community" repository for Harmattan than there is to N900? Or where should I put CLucene library so that when installing the application from Nokia Store also the CLucene -library dependency would be installed to N9?

Are there any documentation concerning this matter?

Hi,
To pass QA you have to bundle CLucene in your application package. Packages on the store cannot depend on other packages.
