how to reboot device on rda

I checked manual,

Rebooting:
To reboot the phone select Tools->Reboot Phone....

Here is screenshot, I couldn't find it on toolbar:

Options has no reboot option, other buttons are not reboot button. Do i have a missing button? How can i find it?

Can you re-check, at least I can see it on top menu.

Thanks. I didn't see fullscreen hides upper menu.
