When is bank information required?

I've published only free content in the Nokia Store, I don't generate revenue. So, I think that I don't need to provide any bank information. Am I right?

AFAIK that is correct. and if you want to sell your app and get money then you need bank account (in IBAN format)

This is correct. Note it can take up to several weeks for us to capture your bank details in order for us to issue you payments. If you plan to submit paid applications, you would want to enter your bank information sooner than later.
