This published ID has been expired by admin?????

I have a Verified Account with a Publish Id, and it will be expired in 2012.2.17. so I have bought a new Publish id in 2012.1.31. I　tried to verify accout with the new publish id today ,signed with the new cert and key files, and I got the error message, This published ID has been expired by admin.


Who can help me pls? why veryfying count shows this error?

and how can I　renew my acount.

Have you checked that the CN –field in the old and in the new Publisher ID is an EXACT match? If it isn’t then you’re not able to re-verify your account until the old Publisher ID expires.
