We have successfully submitted Qt app using Qt 4.7.3. It has passed QA and is available on Nokia Store, but only for Symbian^3/Anna devices. For Belle it is not available, even if it works with Belle. Device distribution is set correctly to include all Symbian^3 and later devices. What could be the issue here? Anyone else seeing the same for their apps?

We have also submitted question to Nokia QA directly, but don't expect them to answer anytime soon.
