html formatting in xml retrieve to textblock

hi. how can i retrieve something like the quote below to a textblock if i need to save it as an xml?
i already know how to retrieve data from xml but if i need formatting on different parts of my xml, how could i do that in xml and how could i show the data with the formatting in wp7 textblock? thanks.
