    Hi,
We have one symbian signed account associated with company.
The account name is one of our colleague's email address. Due to some reason, we need to change the email address, but keep all the informations e.g. allocated UIDs, IMEI list, and submissions etc.
Would you please kindly give me some support on the process, how could it be done?

After logging into your symbian signed account, go to My profile tab, an Email id field along with other fields exists there , edit it & save the changes.
Do Remember to Search for your query on Google/Forum Wiki& DiBo , it really saves your time & You get your queries answered(in most of the cases) before posting them on Dibo itself. :)

    Hi,
    Thanks for you reply.
However, it's disabled in "My profile" tab of symbian signed web after logging. The "Email address" field is there but it cannot be edited. The changable fields are "First name", "Last name", "Address", "Phone number", "VAT ID".
Note: the account I used is associated with company.
Can you give me some idea : how to make email address changable? Or who shall I contact? I have mailed to symbian.signed@nokia.com but no reply received.

Yes, the e-mail field is protected from editing. Mailing them was a good idea, hopefully you will receive some answer.

Unfortunately, I haven't received any answer after two weeks.
Any other choice or phone support available?
