Symbian Belle emulator - Midlet installation failed.

Hello,
I am trying to make application for Nokia C7-00. I use Symbian Belle emulator. My problem is that running and debugging on emulator does not work. I tried to use both IDEs Netbeans and Eclipse Pulsar and result is same. It always fails during "Launch session" with message "Midlet installation failed". I tried to open jar file from emulator menu but again midlet installation failed. I found some thread about disabling sound driver in my computer but it did not help. My OS is Windows XP SP3 32bit.

I don't have real device yet. I downloaded Java ME SDK and Nokia S60 5th SDK and it works good.

Do you have some experience with development for symbian anna/belle? Is it better to use on device debugging? Or are there less problems with QT application development? I have a feeling from this website, that QT is preferred on Symbian.

When you want to test against a real device, we have also the Remote Device Access site.

One way to speed up testing on a Symbian device is to use the Ecmt Agent

It allows you to compile and launch your MIDlet directly on the device rather than the Emulator.

Please note that using RDA depends on location (distance to the service) and data transfer rate.
