why my development cert didnt get 19 Capabilities

I delivered a imei of E71 to symbiansigned.com， and download Development Certificate today. After I have signed a 19 capabilities sis file and install the sisx file to my phone,
the popup tips show that the sisx file is unauthorized to be installed. But I have signed the same sis file and intall the sisx file successfully last week. The only difference between the two sisx file is the Development Certificate .

so I try to sign another 14 capablities sis file and install the sisx file successfully. I'm sure there is something different between the two Development Certificate.

I checked the All Files Drm TCB， It shows that I have allready got the 19 capabilities.

pls help me how to get the 19 capabilities Development Certificate.

Is the 19 capabilities expired in my account and I need submit a new request ?

You don't have any certificate which would have TCB capability there.

no TCB required in my sis ， this sis file I have used for several month， and everything is ok。

I only apply different imei signed for test for many times , the sis file dosent change anything.




I emailed nokia symbiansigned team ,They reply that maybe the 19 caps is expired ,and I need to request a new 19 caps.

my 19 caps request has been approved today, but the problem is still exsist.

I downloaded the new cert and signed ths sis file. I　checked the new cert ,that is different file from the cert in 2012.2.29, the only change status is that I applied new 19 caps and approved.

the phone popup tips when installing : required application access not granted.

I have no idea how to next.

just delete the sis files you ahve made earlier, double check that you are indeed using new certificate, clean the project and rebuild.

I tried again， with renamed new dowdloaded certs and pkg files.

I’m sure there is something wrong with the new certs.

I tried to remove the 19 caps exe and dlls in the pkg file, only leave 17caps exes, the signed file installed successfully.
I tried to unpacked old sisx file（the old sisx file I signed last week and can install ok now）, signed the unpacked file with new certs, the tips shows,required application access not granted.
but with old certs( downloaded last week) to sign the unpacked sis file , it is ok.

there must something wrong with the new certs.

I have never used 20 caps certs with TCB.

this error is indicating that the executable inside the sis file is having capabilities used which are not included in the certificate. So either you are defining capabilities that are not included in the certificate, or the certificate does not have the capabilities that you think it should have.

Since you unpacked, you already know how to look caps required by app. If you haven't found yet, there's a tool to inspect certificate caps:

I am currently unable to get DevCert with AllFiles+DRM capabilities from SymbianSigned website.

Anyone else have a similar problem these days?

I am unable to get DevCert for a new set of IMEIs.

We already have existing DevCert for device IMEIs that were previously requested...there is no problem for such issued DevCert.

I have spent a few days trying to investigate and change things from my side.

Today I was informed that
"There is a bug in the internal symbian signed certificate generation mechanisms. It is currently under investigation and it's scope or timeline of recovery is, at this time, unknown. It's impact may differ on a case-to-case basis."

Anyone else have similar problem?

When will this bug with symbian signed cert generation be resolved ?
