Controlling WLAN network list

Hi,

Is it possible to add a new WLAN with known parameters (ssid, type, password) with an application, or at least open the DuiControlPanel Internet applet with parameters already there, so that a user could just click "Connect"?

I've searched through GConf files but could not find the place where these setting are stored.

Hi conxt,
so wlan settings are stored in gconf:

/home/developer $ gconftool-2 /system/osso/connectivity/IAP --all-dirs
/system/osso/connectivity/IAP/2ded83d7-076f-47a1-b957-4d6f132e56cc
/system/osso/connectivity/IAP/244052260122768

/system/osso/connectivity/IAP/ is the gconf path and "2ded83d7-076f-47a1-b957-4d6f132e56cc" is the IAP ID.

To use GConf in your Qt app, you can directly use GConf API or you can even use the Qt wrappers:
[sbox-maemo6-armv7: ~] > apt-cache search qt gconf
libgq-gconf0 - a Qt wrapper for GConf
libgq-gconf0-dbg - a Qt wrapper for GConf
libgq-gconf-dev - a Qt wrapper for GConf
libgq-gconf-doc - a Qt wrapper for GConf
