hi, I am new here and want to solve some Nokia software problems with my phones.
I have many nokia phones from last many years. when Nokia is new brand. From that time i used Nokia phones. Nokia is now world leading brand in mobile phones and come with new latest technology. recently i buy Nokia Lumia 800 from Infibeam.com india's one of biggest online shopping portal with great price.

Now i have some issue related sofware. My phone is absolutely working but whenever i want to update it online process stopped after half updation. Nokia care says your phone may be corrupted and please give it to replacement.

So, please tell me what should i do??

However I do not really know what kind of answer you expect, faulty devices can not be fixed at home. That is why they offered replacing it with a new one.
Note that Zune and the device both displays various indications about what is happening during the update, 'half' way is not descriptive enough. If you re-ask the question on the other site, consider naming the step which fails - for example I just updated my device yesterday, and I already forgot what step 5 was.
