can i recompile Audio Proxy Server v2.4.3 and VoIP Audio Service?

actually i want to make it different name like ABC Audio Server

what the procedure and what abt nokia limitation.is need it signed by nokia?

If you have the source code for these components, you can change their name and UID and recompile them.
To my understanding, Nokia/Ovi Publish does not sign components, so you will probably have to go for a Symbian Signed account and a Publisher ID (which involves being a firm). The actual capability requirements also matter, for deciding if Express Signed is enough or a complete Certified Signed process is needed.
