getting IAP id of all 3g/gprs options

Is it possible to get the IAp Id of all possible options of GPRS /3G AP on the phone?

when i use Rconnection::Start() (no args) im not getting that popup to choose iap. so I decided to retrieve all and try one after another so i need to find all the iap Ids, can anyone help with this?
