Cannot install Smart Installer

I am using a Nokia E71 and I cannot install Nokia Smart Installer on it. It says "Not installable as a standalone package. See documentation for more information on how to use SmartInstaller". I need Qt for an application and i found that i need SmartInstaller to get it.
What should I do?

Yes, you would not install it separately, you would need to add it to the wrapper package for the Qt application: http://doc.qt.nokia.com/smart-instal...er-format.html
