Cannot run Carbide.UI Symbian Theme Edition 4.3

I have installed Carbide.UI 4.3 on my Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit and when I run the "Carbide.ui Symbian Theme Edition" and the loading popup appear,..and disappear. So I try to run

C:\Program Files\Nokia\Carbide.ui Symbian\eclipse

And I got this message.

A java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development kit (JDK) must be available in order to run Eclipse. No Java virtual machine was found after searching the following locations: C:\eclipse\jre\javaw.exe javaw.exe in your current PATH

Then I installed the JRE (Windows x86 offline) , then, I got the same problem but no message appear.

I just installed Carbide 4.3 and had the same problem, but the solution is really easy - just run the program as an administrator.

I'm guessing you already solved this, but in case you didn't I wanted to let you know.

It's very simple Just Right click and Run the programme as administrator . That's all.
