Please help!!! When Kurdistan maps will be supported by nokia maps

I do like Nokia maps offline mode on Nokia devices but I don't know why it does not support Kurdistan region (North of Iraq)?? wondering when?
Google maps started to support that even though all Location Based Services and Navigation are added by community.... Still good!
I really want to see Kurdistan Map on Nokia devices.
