Nokia 303 - OS Issue??

Dear All....

I have purchased my new nokia 303 few weeks back and it is quiet a good one... Last day i came across a very weird scenario.. When making a call and if a message arrives at the same time, the phone is vibrating.. The phone was in general mode. Message alert (Tone + Vibrate). The call has actually started dialing and the same time when the message arrived, the phone vibrated..! I think its a very minor issue wrt the OS...Probably any upcoming firmware update could fix this.. Guys, where can i address this issue...Is this is the right section...I could see this section will not be officially moderated by tech support team..

One more thing i wana ask..Is there any way to control the usb charging? I meant to ask, cant we have a off mode for usb charging? every time i connects my phone it will start charging. I wonder why we dont have an option for control this...
