Can "The Series 60 MIDP SDK 2.0-Chinese " realize the function for get every note's contents and save time of nokia Notepad program on nokia 3230 ?

I want to write a java app that will run in nokia 3230.And the java app need use "The Series 60 MIDP SDK 2.0-Chinese ".My question is that the java app can or not to realize the function for get every note's content and save time of nokia Notepad program on nokia 3230 .If it can realize,please tell me how to do?
