how to set focus for Qlineedit when scroll items in a screen as screen Contacts phone

Hi all,

I have a screen(text box use feature search and list items) as screen Contacts phone.
I miss in case of scroll way items when don't set focus for text box.
I expect set focus for text box while scrolling way item in screen. I don't work
Take note:
text box : use QLineEdit(set focusPolicy = Strong focus)
items: to have customize from widget for Qt

We are using Qt 4.6 so QML is not available. Do you know any way to implement this function by Qt C++?

what kusumk was trying to say was simply understand how things are done there and than you can replicate the same logic in your Qt C++ based code.

But the problem you may face is Qt 4.6 AFAIK doesnt have api for creating a Flickable, so you may need to make your own flickable first.
