Locked Files

Yesterday, I opened my phone's gallery and saw 1140 files (I have 1140 images in the gallery) which were all named "ID_RM588_MC011_1.0_2G". The files can't be deleted, and it uses up my phone memory.

Is there a way to delete the files? If yes, is it safe to delete the files?
