    hi all,

    What is the best API to use for starting vibration, even if user has set vibration to off in active profile?

    I use it on Belle

    You can try with CHWRMVibra , if not already did so.
    Do Remember to Search for your query on Google/Forum Wiki& DiBo , it really saves your time & You get your queries answered(in most of the cases) before posting them on Dibo itself. :)
