How can i go directly to Photo Gallery Albums in Belle

I want when someone opens the Gallery to be directed to Albums instead the gallery main page that showing all photos (i.e. the startpage of the photo gallery to be the albums)

Is that Possible?

It is not possible in the way you have described. However if the Gallery application exports its views, it might be possible to create a separate application which launches the Album view directly. The old list (January, 2007) does not mentions exported views from Gallery, but things may have changed since then.
