C5 05 problem

Hello

I have buy c5 05 in last month with in 4day it has a problem of touch screen i have send it to nokia care once they told me that they will send cell to factory for repair after 10day i receive my cell and again with in 24 hour it got same problem now i have again send it to nokia factory i am asking for replace the cell but they r not giveing it .
