Big Issue with shortcut menu (phone wont boot)

Dont try to skin the the shortcut menu with bitmaps because it wont boot unless you hard reset your phone

What i mean if you try to skin "Panel Settings Background" with a bitmap image (bmp,jpg,png) say bye bye to your phone

you will have to hard reset.

Only vectors allowed there

I edit the file from bmp to vector but the problem doesnt' solve... so there is somthing else wrong

You note that some skins not apply to theme unless you reboot?... well, all that skins must be vectors
