Is anyone else having long approval delays for acceptance? I submitted my app for approval 9 days ago. Three days later the QA Details reported 100% passed. Since then no progress has happened. Should I continue to wait?

The content item type for this particular case (or actually two of them) is Qt Based Application (x-epoc/x-sisx-app).

Sorry, I didn't get the IDs quite in time. What's the email ticket number? I'll look for the details there.

No problem, I just don't want be associated with the items publicly. The email ticket number is #97124. Thanks for looking into this. The response email didn't really provide any help and the items are still not published, after 13 days.

The delays are certainly frustrating and compounded by non-sensical QA failures when QA staff actually do get to them. I have twice had the application now fail despite previously being approved. We have just changed our corporate branding. Absolutely crazy.

I had been noticing a similar thing - I currently have two applications in submission currently at 9 and 12 working days. Previously I've had no trouble having things approved in less than 7 working days...

(Qt based apps, content files 440626 and 438331.)

They can't all be off in Barcelona

    Nope, no reply....
In the mean time, as of this morning, they have finished publishing all the minor updates I pushed out for other apps (I uploaded these after the new app)... So now only the new app is left for review... There appears to be no order of priority....
Marko, Thanks for looking into this!
    Cheers,
    Jon

For me, it's been 26 days now. I didn't publish new apps, just updated old ones. I hope someone would act on this issue. Obviously there is something wrong with the process.
