S40 c1-01 Light.nth and Nokia.nth NEED HELP

hello

im a newbie at this but really wanted to learn and make personal themes, java games, mobile stuffs so, i downloaded Carbide.ui Series 40 Theme Edition 6.0... and i just want to know if anybody has a folder files for the themes Light.nth and Nokia.nth so that i can use it in the carbide.ui for my practice themes, can someone help me? please~

i really cant find this, can someone give me a link or make a modified Light.nth and Nokia.nth themes with transparent boxes in homescreen mode (shortcut bar, etc.), not that semi-transparent gray
