Invalid Rating Totals

Is it just me, or does it seem that Nokia "favors" certain apps, giving them an inflated star rating? Take this application for example: http://store.ovi.com/content/11916?c...e=search&pos=4

If you go through and add up all 26 of the ratings, you'd come out with 2.5 stars, yet it's rated 4 stars!

Seems a bit strange to me!

Remember that just rating with comments are shown. If the user only rated an app it wont be shown in the list of reviews but rating will be counted That's how some apps have very strange rating

That's interesting - is there any way that we can get the full individual ratings for our apps? It seems a bit odd if even the developers can't see this information.

As far as I know, we cannot We cannot see even reviews of customers and if you target your content locally (like China, India) then you cannot know what's going on with content at all

Seems that we developer have little choice in controlling our app in store unlike google market which even the developer can reply to the users reviews
