We deployed a new version of Places API today with the following changes:

PBAPI-393 Show places at a given position (/discover/here endpoint)
PBAPI-592 Discover/here endpoint - case where location accuracy is low
PBAPI-608 Cluster Places href contains "at" parameter even if original explore request didn't set "at"
