Billing Matrix : Price point not avaible in all regions?

Hi,
I want to know if I select a price point which is available in he European region, but not present in APAC, then will my app be available in APAC region? Will its price be the available price point in APAC?
How does this work?

The easiest way to achieve this is to actually make two different Content items - one for APAC and one for Europe.
Use the distribution options to make the other Content item available where the other isn't - and vice versa.

You can have same application name both, but you can have different internal name (such as "MyApp - APAC") so you can tell them apart in publishing tool.
