We all know that the apn settings is very important. When will be posible to have the option to add another apn, to have more then one custom apn?

AFAIK in windows phone, Currently it is not allowed user to add more than one APN. You can only edit created APN to change the setting.

Microsoft knows when it will available. You may see or not see those changes in upcoming version of windows phone.

But may I know, why you need more than one APN settings ?

I can tell you that in romania, all mobile network have more then one apn. At least one for postpaid customers and one for prepaid customers, for Vodafone Romania for example are 3 separate settings for postpaid and 3 for prepaid. The customers doesn't like to lose time for setting an apn. Will be more efficient, if he choose the one that he needs acording to the service that he is using.

Ex: internet - internet.vodafone.ro, wap - live.vodafone.com, mms - mms.vodafone.ro

For the particular case of Nokia Lumia devices, there is a Network Setup utility from Nokia. Have you checked it? (See the bottom part of the middle image on http://www.nokia.com/my-en/activation/ - it is just a random pick, not specific to Malaysia).

It was possible to change the APN with the NOKIA "diagnostics" tool. I do not know if it is still available!

Well I can not see APN settings in diagnostics tool. I can only edit in setting app.

FYI, person asking to store more than one APN. He can edit existing one.

Hi,

APN setting is nothing but a Cellular settings/Data Connection Settings Like APN, you have to add APN in the device, see below reference for the same.

He knows what the APN is. I think U don't understand his question. He is asking to store more than one APN as profiles like it has in Symbian.
