QA failed my s60 nokia web tools application on S60 3rd edition devices

I have submited my app on ovi store but didn't pass QA. I have recived following email.

1. Download the content OTA.
2. Install and launch the application.
3. Receive an incoming phone call.
4. End the phone call in the normal way on the test device.
ACTUAL RESULT: The application closes unexpectedly.
EXPECTED RESULT: The voice call must be ended and the content file functions as expected.

How can I prevent my app unexpectedly closing as voice call ended using nokia web tools.
