Location Error KErrGeneral

Hi,

I have a symbian application which takes the location of the phone every hour. During some location updates I get the following Error code -2, which is KErrGeneral. Can anyone please say the reason for this error. ??

Hi

KErrGeneral means anything. If your problem happens sometime you can re-send your request in case of error. I doubt it is possible to trace it back to the root case based on the error code value.

I would need to know what device you are running this application, and foremost is it your own app or an app you have installed but not developed yourself?
