    As some earphone and headphone having a button for receiving call. I want to get an event
    when user clicked the headphone (earphone) button , is it poosible ?

    As Qt does not have any APIs for this, its better to stick on with the Native code, as you already are doing in: http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...on-click-event
