I want to know if there's another way to send an email in a wrt widget app.

I tried:
<a href="mailto:mailpam@pam.com"></a>

But it opens a site with a message:
Browser couldn't connect with website:
mailto:mailpam@pam.com

How can I send emails if not this way?
