8210 can't save logo

I have used AT command to send logo to my 8210.
But I can't save this logo.

For DCS field, I have tried F4, F5 and F6 for DCS (TP-Data-Coding-Scheme). For F4 and F6, 8210 can't recongise the message. For F5, the logo is not saved even I choose to save it.

Most likely the phone has saved the logo just fine, but due to wrong MCC and MNC settings it doesn't show up afterwards, because you are using a different operator than what the logo is coded for. See the SmartMessage FAQ, question 9, table 3a, bytes 14-16.
